Resident Evil 5 demo out!

As of yesterday The new demo for Resident Evil 5 is released for all us Xbox360 owners(sorry PS3 people but you have to wait a week till its released on Feb 5). With two levels Shanty Town and Public Assembly, which can both be played as single player or offline/online co-op. You should be able to have a fun amount of time playing as Chris or his partner Sheva

Levels:
Public Assembly: As the title says its an assembly ground for the town but when Chris and Sheva get there it's more of an execution ground. You two are safe until the man yelling through a horn sees you because then it's uh-oh time. because then he sends an ever increasing number of "zombies" (I put zombies in quotes because there not really zombies they're more like the Spanish people from Resident Evil 4). Then you got a few minutes to take out zombies and one giant executioner with a MASSIVE axe. Eventually a helicopter comes and shoots some missiles, takes out some zombies and that level ends.

Shanty Town:
Another perfectly named level, Chris and Sheva start off in unnamed shanty town. shooting your way through buildings until a good example of the co-op play comes up. Sheva jumps across a gap to get open a door that's locked from the outside. When she gets to the opposite side she is attacked by the infected people and the player controlled Chris must protect her with a rifle. Eventually she gets down, opens the door and as they move towards another gate and infected with a chainsaw(resembling the ones from resident evil 4) bursts out and you must take a few minutes to unload ammo into him while avoiding his chainsaw. When's he's finally taken down he drops a gate key. once you use that gate key this level is over.

Graphics: As expected on next-gen consoles the graphics are excellent. The character's look almost real and the harsh lighting of the african land is shown very well. But for me it's the little things that make graphics amazing. The bright sun, the rust and mold on the inside of houses, the fluid movement in the game, its all great.

Control
: Let me say this, if you've ever played Resident Evil 4 then the controls will be amazing similar. Played with an over the shoulder third person view the aiming is fine but the main problem I have is the controls. Moving and turning seems a little sluggish and kind of hard to do.

Final say: All in all for a demo this is pretty fun. The graphics are amazing, the tension works great, and from what i saw theres some pretty good variation on the big enemies. The only little problem I has was the sluggish controls but thats minor for me so when the game comes out I'll be there grabbing a copy.
